We offer a complete wastewater drainage system, which includes manholes (inspection, break, drains, etc.) with nominal diameters of DN 600, DN 800 and DN 1000.
The basic requirement for sewage systems is their complete and permanent watertightness, both internally (penetration of wastewater into the surrounding soil) and externally (penetration of groundwater). PE manholes and drains are built in accordance with EN 1359-1 (2003). The polyethylene part of the manhole is composed of a bottom (base) and a housing (body) and allows the connection of PVC, PE or double-layer PE pipes.
The advantages of plastic (polypropylene) manholes compared to manholes made of other materials (primarily concrete and reinforced concrete) are contained in:
• high strength
• high resistance to cracks and wear
• high operating temperature
• high chemical resistance, as well as corrosion resistance
• long service life
• low weight, which significantly contributes to the economy of transport
• simple and quick manipulation and assembly
PEHD material is used for the construction of drainage and sewerage systems, as well as for the construction of drainage pipes and degassing at waste landfills. Inspection chambers with controlled systems are available up to DN 4000 (160″) diameter
Inspection manholes have a standard diameter of 1000 mm (other sizes upon request). The body is equipped with PEHD risers and is tangentially placed on the foundation sewer (for diameters greater than 800 mm). Inspection chambers are connected to the system using electrofusion couplings.
Special inspection hatches
The pipe system enables the construction of other types of inspection chambers, up to 4m in diameter, necessary for industrial and urban sewage solutions.
If desired, all joints can be welded homogeneously.
Connecting pieces for inspection shafts
For inspection manholes, we offer you seals, branch seals, connectors, various elbows, T-pieces, reducers, collars and other connecting materials.
The final AB panel is made as a reinforced concrete panel with an eccentric opening.
