BALL VALVES (API 6D monogrammed Safety Integrity Level (SIL), ATEX, PED.)
API 6D and API 6A ball valves are used in a variety of onshore and offshore projects, aboveground and underground applications. They are generally used between -46°C and 120°C.
Ends: flanged, welded
Above-ground or underground installation
Management: hand wheel, electric drive

LATCHES (API monogrammed Safety Integrity Level (SIL), ATEX, PED.)
Gate valves according to API 6D and API 600. They are preferred as shut-off valves and are suitable as line valves. They are certified according to the safety integrity level (SIL). If necessary, they can be made of special materials according to NACE corrosion and/or temperature standards.
On request, they can be manufactured in larger dimensions and from different materials. Custom-made wedge gate valves are manufactured to meet the requirements of high-pressure water, seawater and wastewater systems. Pipeline gate valves are suitable as in-line valves. Like ball valves, they have the characteristics DBB, FB, ASD, FSD, SLS, ESL.
Management: hand wheel, electric drive

FORGED VALVES (API 6D / API 602 / API 608/ BS 5352 /ISO 17292 Safety Integrity Level (SIL), (E604 & E60T))
These types of valves are mostly made of forged steel. The valve body is made by welding all parts except the stem housing. No sealing elements are used that could cause leakage.
Forged valves are manufactured with a steel body and stainless steel trim (standard API TRIM. 8). End connections are designed as NPT according to ASME B1.20.1. According to customer requirements, Vastas valves can be manufactured with a welded end according to ASME B16.25 or with a socket welded end according to ASME B16.11 with flanged ends according to ASME B16.5. In this case, the FTF dimension is in accordance with ASME B16.10. If necessary, it can be made of special material according to NACE corrosion standards and/or temperature class.
- forged ball valves
- forged bolts
- forged check valves
- forged cone valves
- forged globe valve
Management: hand wheel, electric drive

NON-RETURN VALVES (API 6D monogram, ATEX, PED)
Non-return valve to prevent backflow. On request, the option of manual adjustment of the closing speed is available via the control panel. It can be made of special material according to NACE corrosion standards and/or temperature class.
API 6D check valves are used in various onshore and offshore projects. They are full bore valves. They are used as line valves in natural gas and crude oil pipelines, and are also used in reservoirs, compressor and metering stations, control and metering stations, pumping and filling stations.
- Swing Check Valve
- Disc Check Valve
- Nozzle Check Valve
Conical valves (API 6D monogramATEX, PED)
according to API 6D cone valves. A cone valve is an auxiliary valve used for opening and throttling high-pressure systems. It is used as a bypass valve for a line valve; it balances the pressure and ensures safe opening of the line valve.
If necessary, it can be made of special materials according to NACE corrosion standards and/or temperature class.

Gate valves are usually used for flow regulation. They are used for regulation and throttling at different pressures or flows and can be used in lines with frequent on/off.
The advantage of globe valves is that they operate smoothly even during sudden opening/closing of the lines. They are not affected by shocks and vibrations generated by the fluid flow. They generally do not require bypass systems.
They are certified according to SIL 2 and 3. If necessary, they can be made of special material according to NACE corrosion standards and/or temperature class.
Management: hand wheel, electric drive
